About This Role

Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care for pediatric students in a school setting in Boston, MA. This contract role involves direct nursing support for students across various grade levels with diverse medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive 1:1 nursing care to pediatric students in the school environment
• Monitor and manage individualized healthcare plans tailored to each student's medical requirements
• Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to support students academic and health needs
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Educate school staff on health-related matters and emergency procedures

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Massachusetts
• Experience in pediatric nursing
• Ability to provide one-on-one care for children with complex medical conditions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric nursing, especially in school or educational settings
