PCS Tax Manager - HNW, Trusts & Estates

About This Role

Manage tax planning and compliance services for high net worth clients, review tax returns, and provide leadership to a team of associates. This role is permanently remote and offers significant growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax planning and compliance services to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients
• Review tax returns and workpapers prepared by staff and senior associates
• Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service
• Develop and mentor staff and senior associates
• Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations and communicate changes to clients and team members
• Assist with business development and marketing efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA
• 3+ years of experience in tax with a focus on high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients
• Strong technical skills in tax planning, compliance, and research
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 3+ years of experience in tax with a focus on high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients
