Payments Credit Risk Manager

About This Role

Manage and monitor credit risk for the Payments Credit team, focusing on portfolio management, risk identification, and credit analyses for existing clients to minimize potential loss.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and coordinate risk management projects for assigned product line
• Predict the level of credit risk
• Develop policies and procedures to evaluate and control credit risk
• Maximize profit potential and credit quality of the assigned product line
• Responsible for the profit (loss) of assigned product line(s)
• Develop, build and maintain the analytical framework and support systems for account origination and reporting processes

Requirements

• 5-7 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5-7 years of related experience; 3 or more years of credit underwriting experience

• Advanced knowledge of credit and portfolio risk management strategies
• Advanced knowledge of credit lending, credit analysis and administration
• Strong analytical skills relative to evaluating asset utilization and goals
• Strong project management and strategic planning skills
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Strong PC skills and computer support system knowledge
• 3 or more years of credit underwriting experience
