Business Banking Relationship Manager

About This Role

This role is for a Business Banking Relationship Manager responsible for bringing in new business clients and managing existing relationships. You will act as the primary advisor, delivering financial expertise and client-centric solutions to help businesses achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Bring new business clients to the bank through strong business development and prospecting
• Be the primary advisor for our business clients
• Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients
• Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships
• Assess and attend to clients' banking needs
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services
• Recommend financial solutions based on each client’s unique goals and needs
• Partner effectively with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Banking Credit Card teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Five to seven years of relevant experience

• Resides in the market
• Able to demonstrate principals of credit risk management
• Soft skills to partner and collaborate across business lines
• Proven track record onboarding and retaining businesses with revenues $2.5MM to $25MM
• Proven track record of success meeting targets that are quantifiable and qualitative
