This role involves remotely monitoring patients at risk of falls, injury, or self-harm, ensuring their safety and well-being. It requires promptly alerting the care team to intervene and accurately documenting patient activity.

Responsibilities

• Watch patients with continuous focus to ensure their safety and well-being
• Identify risks such as falls or self-harm and promptly alert the care team to intervene quickly and protect patients
• Document patient activity and changes with accuracy and clarity throughout your shift
• Honor patient privacy by safeguarding confidential information at all times
• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to foster a culture of compassion, respect, and teamwork

Requirements

• Ability to obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment
