About This Role

This Patient Care Representative role assists patients and providers in a clinic setting by managing patient flow, gathering information, and performing front desk duties to support patient care delivery and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients to exam rooms
• Interview patients and document responses in medical records
• Assist providers during physical examinations and special procedures as instructed
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
• Perform patient check-in and check-out functions
• Assist with front office duties as requested

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma
• BCLS - Basic Life Support certification within 90 days of hire

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required. Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant training is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant training
• Experience in a physician’s office or healthcare setting
• Computer data entry experience
• Customer service experience
• Collections experience
• Medical record responsibility experience
