Serve as a Patient Care Coordinator, handling patient inquiries, coordinating medical records, and processing orders to ensure timely delivery and payment for medical equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and disburse calls in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner
• Convey messages accurately and appropriately
• Coordinate Patient, Medical, and Insurance records in a timely manner
• Enter orders accurately and according to defined policies
• Handle routine Patient questions and forward complex inquiries to appropriate staff
• Pursue activities with focus and drive, defining work in terms of success
• Adhere to standards of business conduct and compliance
