Serve as a Patient Care Coordinator, handling patient inquiries, coordinating medical records, and processing orders to ensure timely delivery and payment for medical equipment and supplies.
Responsibilities
- Answer telephone and disburse calls in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner
- Convey messages accurately and appropriately
- Coordinate Patient, Medical, and Insurance records in a timely manner
- Enter orders accurately and according to defined policies
- Handle routine Patient questions and forward complex inquiries to appropriate staff
- Pursue activities with focus and drive, defining work in terms of success
- Adhere to standards of business conduct and compliance
