About This Role

As a Patient Care Advocate, you will guide patients through their mental wellness options, educate them on TMS treatment, and provide empathetic support, ensuring they feel seen and cared for.

Responsibilities

  • Guide patients through mental wellness options, making education on TMS treatment simple and supportive
  • Listen with care and document details of mental health status, symptoms, and medication history
  • Team with providers for seamless transition from consultation to treatment
  • Make care plans clear, empowering patients to feel confident every step of the way

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-time, high-quality customer-facing experience
  • Authentic people skills - build trust easily and connect genuinely
  • Ability to handle concerns with empathy and guide to solutions
  • Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication - clear, calm, and professional

Qualifications
