About This Role

Drive new business opportunities with CMP partners by proactive outbound engagement and leveraging inbound partnership inquiries to support growth for Operation Warm.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and outreach to new strategic CMP partners to build a strong pipeline and develop new partner relationships
  • Execute community partner outreach, growth and stewardship strategy in collaboration with internal teams
  • Onboard assigned new partnership accounts
  • Meet or exceed annual individual KPI's and fundraising goals
  • Utilize approved communication and messaging; create and deliver formal and informal presentations to new partners
  • Provide regular progress updates to manager and ensure account revenue forecasts are accurate
  • Ensure all required data is captured in Salesforce and relevant partner records are maintained
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Programs, Accounting, and Operations to ensure seamless program execution and drive partner satisfaction
  • Train partners to access and utilize tools on the partner portal, assist with order configuration and placement, and eliminate receivables
  • Act as knowledge point and remain abreast of all current partner and team activities

Requirements

  • BA or BS undergraduate degree
  • 3 years account management or donor/client facing experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, OneNote)
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems
