About This Role

This role involves fielding client and customer calls regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information, ensuring high-level customer service and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Field calls from clients and customers regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information
  • Receive upward of 100-150 calls per day
  • Enter customer info/conversation info into database while fielding inbound call
  • Field calls with the utmost level of customer service
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a high volume of call switchboard environment
  • Answer with a defined script and an enthusiastic manner
  • Provide multi-tasking and clerical support as assigned by department

Requirements

  • 1 year of call center customer service experience
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Type 35 WPM

Qualifications

  • 1 year of call center customer service experience
