Part Time Branch Ambassador

About This Role

As a Branch Ambassador, you will redefine the banking experience by connecting with customers, sharing product knowledge, and performing various transactions while ensuring compliance and delivering extraordinary service.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, helping with technology challenges, and showcasing products and services
• Reduce customer financial anxiety by determining personal and business needs and finding expert guidance
• Ensure all audit and security policies and procedures are followed in accordance with Bank policy and Federal regulations
• Support customers in all areas of the branch, including cash handling and service needs, rotating based on customer needs
• Educate customers on banking channels, products, and services using the branch’s laptops and iPads
• Research and answer customer inquiries to enhance customer retention and engagement
• Travel between branches in the assigned local area to support the market

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience and at least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Nice to Have

• Associate’s degree
• 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience
