Part Time Branch Ambassador

About This Role

As a Part-Time Branch Ambassador at Capital One, you will play a vital role in customers' banking experience by assisting them with transactions, resolving inquiries, and sharing product knowledge within a reimagined banking environment. You will support customers across all areas of the branch, ensuring compliance and enhancing customer retention and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals
• Monitor fraud mitigation and adhere to established operational policies and procedures
• Resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience
• Help determine personal and business financial needs of customers
• Ensure all audit and security policies and procedures are followed in accordance with Bank policy and Federal regulations
• Support customers in all areas of the branch, from cash handling to service needs
• Educate customers on Capital One products, services, and experiences to help them achieve financial goals
• Showcase mobile and online banking experiences using branch laptops and iPads
• Work collaboratively with a team of banking professionals
• Research and answer customer inquiries, leveraging tools and channels to recommend appropriate solutions

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience
