About This Role

Support daily office operations and ensure a welcoming experience for clients as a service-oriented Administrative Assistant. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks, light office errands, and client interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including USPS and FedEx
  • Monitor office, snack, and beverage supplies and coordinate replenishment
  • Answer and forward incoming calls with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Assist with print/copy jobs and basic document preparation
  • Support attorneys by assembling documents and packets for mailing or client delivery
  • Prepare the conference room ahead of client meetings
  • Greet clients, offer refreshments, and escort them to meeting spaces
  • Receive deliveries and maintain a welcoming presence at the front of the office
  • Walk documents to the courthouse (located one block away)
  • Pick up mail from a nearby off-site PO box
  • Handle various walkable errands within the neighborhood
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
