Serve as the initial point of contact for customers and visitors, providing excellent customer service and managing various administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment. This role requires a proactive and engaging individual, with a preference for Spanish bilingual candidates.
Responsibilities
- Greet all customers and visitors at the front counter
- Assist customers who visit the facility
- Manage general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning
- Handle customer deposits and process payments in the system
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicles and updates
- Answer 10-30 calls daily, addressing questions, concerns, and appointment updates
Requirements
- Face-to-face customer service expertise
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
- At least 2 years of experience in an office setting
- Strong administrative support, office management, and data entry skills
- Ability to work well with diverse team members and customers
- Excellent stress management and patience in dealing with difficult situations
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years of experience in an office setting
Nice to Have
- Bilingual in Spanish skills
- Experience at a front desk in a parts shop or auto shop
