Packaging Information Coordinator

About This Role

This role involves organizing and maintaining product data, including SKUs and packaging documentation, and acting as a central point of contact for various teams and suppliers. The coordinator will ensure accuracy and accessibility of product information to support timely production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update master Google Sheets with SKUs, product numbers, and hyperlinks to packaging documentation
• Review technical documentation and data from plant operations and third-party suppliers for accuracy
• Act as central contact for Product Managers, Plant Operations, and vendors to gather missing data and troubleshoot discrepancies
• Transform raw data into clean, searchable formats to support production timelines
• Coordinate and participate in virtual meetings to resolve data gaps or production delays

Requirements

• Intermediate experience with Google Sheets (data entry, basic formulas, filtering)
• Excellent professional communication skills
• Sharp eye for detail to spot errors and missing documentation
• Proactive approach to managing digital assets and hyperlinks
