About This Role

This HR Manager role specializes in Employee Relations, focusing on fostering a productive, positive, and compliant work environment within a healthcare facility. The position ensures staff operates in a safe, inclusive, and legally sound atmosphere, leading investigations and advising business leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end investigation process for workplace issues, including harassment, discrimination, and misconduct.
  • Conduct impartial, timely, and thorough reviews to reach equitable resolutions.
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and team effectiveness.
  • Use data and internal trends to identify and solve key people issues.
  • Provide direct, actionable feedback to management regarding policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Ensure strict adherence to federal/state labor laws, EEO, and HIPAA regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a liaison with headquarters to champion corporate processes like Diversity & Inclusion and engagement surveys.
  • Drive talent management strategies, co-develop change management efforts, and implement cyclical HR programs.
  • Maintain a safe patient environment by ensuring staff adhere to safety practices and safeguarding protected health information (PHI).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of directly applicable HR experience with heavy emphasis on partnering with business leaders to drive strategic people outcomes
  • Strong background in employee relations (anticipating, identifying, and facilitating the resolution of complex issues)
  • Proven experience assessing business risk and utilizing data to drive action
  • Experience helping matrixed or global organizations scale
  • Strong project management and change management skills
  • Ability to thrive and build relationships in a constantly changing environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Highly desired); Master’s degree (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of directly applicable HR experience, with a heavy emphasis on partnering with business leaders to drive strategic people outcomes.
