As an Outside Sales Representative focusing on Fintech Software Solutions, you will prospect, present, and close deals for Genius Point of Sale systems with small to mid-sized businesses. Your role involves delivering tangible solutions to business owners and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and conduct Genius Point of Sale presentations in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses
- Close deals within a fast sales cycle
- Explain value proposition and demonstrate cloud-based Point of Sale solution
- Upsell current clients on other Global Payments products and services
- Maintain regular communication with the Point of Sale District Manager
- Set appointments with business owners via network and referral partnerships
- Uncover needs and present Global Payments Point of Sale solutions to close sales
- Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM system (Atlas), including call notes and client information
- Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments to secure quota
- Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio and industry changes
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license for regular client site visits
- Reside in the job posting location area
- Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills

- High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- At least two years of relevant sales experience
