As an Outside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, presenting, and closing sales of Genius® and related Global Payments technology solutions to small and mid-sized merchants. This role involves managing the full sales cycle and collaborating closely with your District Manager to help business owners modernize their operations.
Responsibilities
- Sell Genius® POS and Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized merchants
- Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and community partnerships
- Conduct engaging product presentations and live demos
- Partner with District Manager to set appointments, identify opportunities, and close deals
- Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity in Atlas and Salesforce CRM systems
- Upsell and cross-sell existing clients on additional Global Payments services
- Stay up to date on POS and fintech industry trends
- Participate in weekly team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time
- Must reside within the area of the job posting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
- Entry-level, with 2+ years of B2B, SaaS, or POS sales experience preferred
Nice to Have
- High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
- Two or more years of B2B, SaaS, or POS sales experience
- Experience in restaurant and/or retail environments
