Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care in a 15-suite Operating Room unit using advanced surgical equipment, including robotic systems. Collaborate with surgical teams across diverse specialties while maintaining compliance with AORN standards and hospital policies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care in a 15-suite Operating Room unit with a 1:1 patient ratio
- Utilize advanced surgical equipment including robotic systems such as DaVinci, MAKO, and Mazor
- Collaborate with surgical teams across a range of specialties including orthopedic, neurological, trauma, urology, gynecological, plastic, and general surgeries
- Maintain compliance with AORN standards and hospital policies
- Respond promptly to on-call situations, arriving on-site within 30 minutes as required
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Experience in operating room settings with proficiency in advanced surgical procedures
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
- Ability to adapt to varying scheduling needs and staffing policies
