Provide high-quality optometric care and service to patients within an Independent LensCrafters practice. Collaborate with the Subleasing Doctor on practice operations and patient care, enjoying professional autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients
• Negotiate terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours directly with the Subleasing Doctor
• Utilize full scope of practice predicated on professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor
• Work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment
• Potentially utilize Clarifye digital eye examination technology
• Potentially use Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System
• Receive full tech and pre-testing support if available
• Utilize automated on-line appointment book and patient recall system

Requirements

• Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliation
• Ability to negotiate directly with an Independent LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist
