About This Role

Manage all branch operations and service development for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to security standards. Oversee supervisory staff and hourly employees, driving optimal service delivery and resource utilization.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain security operations business plans, including program requirements, labor hours, costs, and image
  • Provide input to service strategy development and research into new services
  • Ensure successful implementation of new contract start-ups, including personnel, materials, and training
  • Proactively meet client needs, provide security expertise, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Organize operating activities with other functions and suppliers for optimum service and resource utilization
  • Review service and operating reports; direct resolution of operational and maintenance problems
  • Perform administrative activities associated with account management, including data compilation and reporting
  • Partner with HR to ensure comprehensive employee training in client, company, and government policies
  • Meet all contractual scheduled hours with minimum unbilled overtime and manage overtime costs effectively
  • Reconcile security logs, review incident reports, and coordinate preliminary investigations
  • Perform account audits and off-hour visits, completing all required documentation
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures to ensure valid, site-specific post orders are available
  • Manage uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicle needs at client sites, maintaining inventory
  • Maintain responsibility for assigned accounts and security personnel seven-days a week, including emergency availability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of management experience
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and regulations
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Ability to present information effectively
  • Proficient in basic mathematical skills including percentages and ratios
  • Knowledge of Contact Management systems, Internet software, Inventory software, Payroll systems
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills
  • Current/valid state driver's license
  • Available 24 hours per day, seven days per week
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • 3-5 years of management experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
