About This Role

Lead and manage all manufacturing activities, including Production, Maintenance, Health & Safety, Quality, and Shipping & Receiving, at a flexible packaging manufacturing facility in Greensboro.

Responsibilities

Motivate and develop supervisors and managers; foster an engaging work environment; attract and retain talent
Ensure compliance with occupational health, food safety, and environmental regulations; enforce GMP standards
Optimize production, minimize downtime through preventive/corrective maintenance, and analyze real-time data to meet safety, quality, and cost objectives
Drive BRC compliance, lead Continuous Improvement projects, and reduce non-conformities
Manage budgets and optimize material, human, and financial resources

Requirements

10+ years in manufacturing
3+ years in management
Flexible packaging experience
Technical knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems
Strong leadership skills
Strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
10+ years in manufacturing, including 3+ years in management
