Operations Manager

About This Role

This Operations Manager will be a key member of the Store Management team at CVS Health, driving store execution, performance, and customer loyalty. The role involves leading and developing the store team under the guidance of the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation
• Manage sales and inventory
• Oversee employee staffing, training, and development
• Manage store finances
• Lead customer service initiatives
• Supervise, assign, and direct activities of the store’s crew
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.

Nice to Have

• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor
