Operations Manager

About This Role

This Operations Manager role within the Store Management team drives store execution, performance, and customer loyalty by focusing on excellent customer service and leading the store team by example.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations, supervision, and policy implementation
• Oversee sales and inventory management
• Manage employee staffing, training, and development
• Handle financial management of the store
• Lead customer service initiatives
• Lead and work effectively with store crews
• Supervise, assign, and direct activities of the store’s crew
• Communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required

• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor
