This Operations Manager will be a leader within the Store Management team, driving store execution and performance at a CVS/pharmacy location. They will ensure excellent customer service and build consumer loyalty by supporting overall store management, sales, inventory, and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in the total leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store
- Oversee overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation
- Manage sales and inventory
- Handle employee staffing, training, and development
- Manage financial aspects of the store
- Provide leadership in customer service
- Lead others and work effectively with store crews
- Supervise, assign, and direct activities of the store’s crew
- Communicate information effectively to store crew and supervisors
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints
Requirements
- Deductive reasoning ability
- Advanced analytical skills
- Computer skills
- Advanced communication skills
- Leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
- Ability to work overtime as needed and respond to urgent store issues
Qualifications
- High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required
Nice to Have
- Experience as a retail manager or supervisor
