As an Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the Store Management team, driving store execution and performance to build consumer loyalty. You will lead and develop the store team, focusing on excellent customer service and strategic operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in the total leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store
- Oversee overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation
- Manage sales and inventory effectively
- Handle employee staffing, training, and development
- Ensure sound financial management of the store
- Provide leadership in customer service
- Lead others and work effectively with store crews
- Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew
- Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
- Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement
- Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
- Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)

Qualifications
- High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required
Nice to Have
- Experience as a retail manager or supervisor
