This Operations Manager role at CVS Health supports the Store Manager in leading and strategically operating a CVS/pharmacy store. The position focuses on driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation
- Manage sales and inventory
- Responsible for employee staffing, training, and development
- Handle financial management for the store
- Lead customer service initiatives and promote a positive customer service culture
- Lead and work effectively with store crews
- Supervise, assign, and direct activities of the store’s crew
- Communicate effectively with store crew and supervisors
- Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints

- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts

Qualifications
- High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.

- Experience as a retail manager or supervisor
