About This Role

This Operations Manager role at CVS Health supports the Store Manager in leading and strategically operating a CVS/pharmacy store. The position focuses on driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation
• Manage sales and inventory
• Responsible for employee staffing, training, and development
• Handle financial management for the store
• Lead customer service initiatives and promote a positive customer service culture
• Lead and work effectively with store crews
• Supervise, assign, and direct activities of the store’s crew
• Communicate effectively with store crew and supervisors
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.
