Operations Manager

About This Role

This Operations Manager will support the Store Manager in leading the strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store, focusing on driving execution, performance, and customer loyalty. The role involves overall store management, sales, inventory, employee development, and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation
• Manage sales and inventory effectively
• Oversee employee staffing, training, and development
• Handle financial management aspects of the store
• Provide leadership in customer service
• Lead and work effectively with store crews
• Supervise, assign, and direct activities of the store’s crew
• Communicate information to store crew and supervisors openly and timely
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required

Nice to Have

• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor
