Manage MTC Operations and Training on-site during standard operating hours, supervising Contractor support and coordinating MTC resources and training request processes. This role ensures warfighters are prepared and contributes to advancing federal missions.
Responsibilities
- Manage MTC Operations and Training on-site during standard operating hours
- Manage and supervise Contractor support of day-to-day MTC operations and training
- Schedule and coordinate MTC resources and the training request process
- Track MTC tasks
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance
- 5+ years of experience with military training and training support operations
- 5 years of operations management experience
- 3 years of experience, within the last 10 years, with military simulations
- Robust understanding of the Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) and MTC operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Graduated from the Army CGSC, Intermediate Level Education (ILE), or equivalent level military schooling preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience with military training and training support operations; 5 years of operations management experience; 3 years of experience, within the last 10 years, with military simulations
