The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize all aspects of day-to-day operations for FloLogic, a rapidly growing smart plumbing technology company. This role ensures operational excellence across production, material management, shipping and receiving, customer support, repair and returns, and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee daily operations across production, materials, shipping and receiving, customer support, repair/returns, and quality functions.
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Oversee procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure on-time availability of materials and components.
- Lead the customer support and service teams to deliver superior customer experience.
- Manage repair and return processes to ensure fast turnaround and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to support rapid growth.
- Introduce process automation, best practices, and lean methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, including production, materials management, and logistics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and KPI-driven management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, including production, materials management, and logistics, preferably in a high-growth manufacturing or technology environment.
