Lead the overall operations of an ABC Facility, fostering a supportive work environment and demonstrating commitment to families. Oversee financial performance, safety, and compliance of the location.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate a supportive work environment for the team
- Demonstrate commitment to the families of ABC
- Exhibit key oversight and ownership of financial aspects, safety, and compliance
- Track monthly KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance
- Establish strong connections with families, providing education and guidance
- Attract, engage, and retain 25-50 teammates
- Conduct performance evaluations, corrective actions, and development plans
- Plan monthly and quarterly team events and celebrations
- Partner with the Clinical Director and Department Leaders on Operations Quality
Requirements
- At least 6 years of people management experience
- Experience leading a large team of professionals across multiple sites and/or district management
- Strong and professional communication style among Department Leaders
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree preferred or considerable people management experience required
- At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team of professionals across multiple sites and/or district management.
