About This Role

This role focuses on creating an excellent customer experience by managing store operations, including merchandising, displaying products, receiving shipments, and maintaining backroom standards prior to store opening.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service while performing operational duties
  • Execute pricing and signing changes on merchandise throughout the store
  • Replenish and restock merchandise to ensure products are available on the sales floor
  • Receive and unload merchandise shipments in the backroom
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom
  • Contribute to Omnichannel efforts including Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, and Shipping Online Orders
  • Execute merchandising plans and maintain merchandising standards
  • Absorb new information on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other business processes

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years retail experience
