Operations Associate

About This Role

This Operations Associate role is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience by performing various operations functions within the store, primarily during early morning hours. This position involves managing merchandise flow, pricing, stocking, and maintaining backroom standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage merchandise flow throughout the store, including pricing and signing
• Replenish and restock merchandise on the sales floor to meet customer needs
• Receive and unload merchandise, preparing it in the backroom
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom
• Contribute to Omnichannel efforts such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store
• Execute merchandising strategies by placing merchandise according to leadership plans
• Participate in a learning environment, absorbing information on merchandise, shrink, safety, and business processes
• Provide excellent customer service when assisting shoppers

Requirements

• 1-2 years retail experience
