Operations Associate

About This Role

This role involves performing early morning operations functions within the store to ensure goods are prepared for the sales floor and to maintain store standards, ultimately contributing to an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute pricing and signing changes on merchandise efficiently
• Replenish and restock the sales floor by pulling and preparing merchandise
• Receive and unload merchandise trucks with co-workers
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom
• Contribute to Omnichannel efforts including Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving
• Execute merchandise placement plans throughout the store with efficiency and attention to detail
• Maintain merchandising standards to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Absorb new information on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other business processes

Requirements

• 1-2 years retail experience
