Onsite Endoscopic Specialist

About This Role

This role involves providing direct clinical and technical support for KARL STORZ medical devices within an assigned hospital. The Onsite Endoscopic Specialist will work closely with hospital teams to ensure the success of surgical procedures and contribute to innovative healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, on-site assistance in the Operating Room, Sterile Processing, and Biomed departments
• Set up and maintain KARL STORZ video systems
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair medical devices
• Oversee repair and equipment exchange processes
• Transport, clean, and sterilize instruments after use
• Train O.R. staff and support departments on the use and maintenance of KARL STORZ devices
• Build strong, respectful relationships with team members, fostering an inclusive work environment
• Analyze situations to understand the "why" and "how," delivering solutions with professionalism
• Engage in clear, concise interactions with customers and colleagues, effectively conveying ideas and information
• Utilize email, calendars, virtual collaboration tools, and spreadsheets to manage tasks, analyze data, and support business decisions
