Online Special Education Teacher

About This Role

This is a full-semester contract opportunity for an elementary special education case manager to provide services via telehealth in Milton, NH. The role focuses on managing cases and coordinating resources to support students' educational and developmental success within an elementary school setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee special education plans and services for assigned students
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure compliance with individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress and adjust case management strategies as necessary
• Facilitate communication between school personnel and external service providers
• Document case activities and ensure timely reporting according to regulatory standards
• Support students through virtual platforms when applicable

Requirements

• Experience working as a case manager in an elementary special education setting
• Familiarity with telehealth service delivery models
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Adeptness with virtual communication tools and technology
