About This Role

Respond to and resolve help desk tickets related to wired and wireless network issues, network account management, and infrastructure incidents. Provide on-call support for critical site network issues and assist in network rollouts, upgrades, and cleanup efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve help desk tickets related to wired and wireless network issues
  • Perform network account onboarding and offboarding via custom scripts
  • Address infrastructure-related incidents
  • Provide Level 1 support for critical site Network outages (on-call rotation)
  • Provide Level 2 support for escalated issues at critical sites (on-call rotation)
  • Assist in network rollouts, upgrades, and cleanup efforts
  • Participate in planning and execution of infrastructure improvements
  • Support documentation and inventory of network assets
  • Provide support for Microsoft administrative tasks, including Entra ID (Azure AD), group policy, user provisioning, and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Assist with server administration tasks, including basic Windows Server maintenance, monitoring, performance tuning, patch management, and updates

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft administration
  • 5+ years of experience with Windows Server environments
  • 10+ years of troubleshooting skills in networking (wired AND wireless)
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree. May sub for equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft administration, Windows Server environments, and customer service; 10+ years of troubleshooting skills in networking (wired AND wireless)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with wiring closets
  • Experience with Ruckus switches
  • Experience with Deskpro Ticketing System
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
