Contribute to a healing hospital environment by sharing musical talents with patients, families, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide musical performances in either the Main Lobby or 3rd Floor lobby of Primary Children's Hospital
- Commit to playing for a one-hour shift once a week
- Bring own sheet music for performances
- Bring and remove own approved string and woodwind instruments for each shift
- Choose music appropriate for a hospital environment
- Be comfortable playing in public settings
Requirements
- At least 14 years old
- Able to commit to 6 months of volunteering
- Public performance experience
- Enough music to perform for one hour
