Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely initial and final closing disclosures and loan documents
• Coordinate with title companies and manage funding wires
• Review signed loan packages for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure all documentation meets compliance and internal quality standards
• Communicate with internal and external partners to keep the process moving

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and customer service abilities
• A proactive, deadline-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership

Nice to Have

• 1+ year of experience in loan closing
• Familiarity with real estate documentation, underwriting procedures, and compliance standards
