Mobile Technician

About This Role

Support and maintain retail facilities within a geographical area, performing general maintenance tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repair of equipment, buildings, and grounds
• Conduct inspections and assessments to determine maintenance needs and implement solutions
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems to ensure efficient performance
• Respond promptly to service requests and complete tasks efficiently to meet client standards
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs
• Collaborate with team members and clients to achieve outstanding service delivery
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies
• Provide support for emergency situations and on-call duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and other building systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
