Mobile Phlebotomist PRN

About This Role

Join a high-growth startup as a PRN Mobile Phlebotomist, providing at-home diagnostic services by visiting patients and accurately processing specimens with a focus on patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their home or office, driving to and from appointments in your own vehicle
• Process specimens using a car-pluggable centrifuge
• Drop off samples at patient service centers or laboratories
• Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and specimen processing
• Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team
• Confirm availability for shifts in advance, minimum 3 days a week (Monday-Friday, 5 am-1 pm)

Requirements

• 1 year of phlebotomy experience
• Experience processing samples
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to drive in the dark
• Ability to physically access patients (kneeling, bending, stooping, sitting, reaching)
• Ability to physically navigate patient homes (climbing stairs, carrying 15 pounds)
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment under minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• COVID-19 vaccination (for patient-facing roles)

Qualifications

• 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy preferred)
