Mobile Phlebotomist PRN

About This Role

Join a high-growth startup as a PRN Mobile Phlebotomist, performing at-home diagnostic collections, processing specimens, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their home or office for diagnostic collections
• Drive to and from appointments in your own vehicle
• Process specimens with a centrifuge in the car
• Drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories
• Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures
• Maintain close communication with operations and patient experience teams
• Confirm availability for scheduling minimum three (3) days a week during 5am-1pm

Requirements

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience
• Experience processing samples
• Certification from a national agency (AMT, ASCP, or NCCT)
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to drive in the dark (first appointments may be as early as 5am)
• Ability to physically access patients (kneeling, bending, stooping, sitting, reaching)
• Ability to physically navigate patients homes (climbing stairs, carrying 15 pounds)
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment under minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record

Qualifications

• 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy preferred)
