Mobile Associate, Store in Store - Retail Sales

About This Role

As a Mobile Associate, you will engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating them on T-Mobile products and services and deepening customer relationships through meaningful interactions to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
• Utilize digital tools, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate T-Mobile products and services
• Recommend wireless solutions and assist customers in using the T-Mobile app for self-serve needs
• Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems
• Partner with nearby store locations for customer onboarding, skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including securing kiosk and assets
• Engage with customers in a passionate, friendly, and engaging manner, building rapport and trust
• Follow up with customers, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and build relationships
• Perform price overrides for specialty offers specific to National Retail
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (retail preferred)
• Customer Satisfaction - Passionate customer advocate
• Team Building - Desire to be part of the T-Mobile store team
• Retail Sales - Competitive drive and confidence in a fast-paced sales environment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• At least 18 years of age

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
