Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Retail Sales

About This Role

Serve as a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within partner locations. Engage customers, identify their needs, and recommend solutions to deepen relationships and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services
• Recommend wireless solutions and onboard customers to the T-Mobile app for self-service
• Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and knowledge systems
• Perform store operations, including opening and closing procedures, carrying keys to kiosk cabinets, and securing assets
• Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport, trust, and loyalty
• Proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales activity, follow up, capture referrals, and manage processes
• Perform price overrides for specialty offers specific to National Retail
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and account servicing

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
• Customer satisfaction passion and desire to connect with customers
• Team-oriented with willingness to learn and share best practices
• Competitive drive and confidence for a fast-paced sales environment
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
