Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store - Retail Sales

About This Role

Serve as a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, focusing on bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within partner locations. This role involves active customer engagement, educating customers on products and services, and driving sales in a high-traffic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services
• Recommend wireless solutions and onboarding solutions to help customers self-serve and utilize the T-Mobile app
• Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and knowledge systems
• Review personal results, current promotions, and updates on the Hub to maintain customer readiness
• Partner with nearby store locations to properly and fully onboard customers
• Perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, store operations, and opening/closing procedures including securing kiosk assets
• Connect with customers, build rapport, trust, and loyalty through friendly and engaging interactions
• Proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales activity, follow up, capture referrals, and manage "Be Back" processes
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
• Passion for customer satisfaction and balancing customer experience with performance goals
• Desire to be part of the T-Mobile store team and work collaboratively
• Competitive drive and confidence for success in a fast-paced retail sales environment
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
