Mobile Associate - Retail Sales

About This Role

The Mobile Associate supports retail operations by assisting customers with their technology and service needs, demonstrating product features, and building strong customer relationships. This role involves developing customer interaction skills and achieving customer satisfaction and product knowledge proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives

Requirements

• Passionate customer advocate
• Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• Willingness to learn and share ideas with peers and leaders
• Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)

Nice to Have

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
