Mobile Associate - Retail Sales

About This Role

The Mobile Associate supports retail operations by assisting customers with their technology and service requirements, focusing on personalized solutions and product knowledge. The role involves utilizing digital tools to enhance customer understanding and promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Passionate customer advocate with a desire to connect and engage
• Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• Willingness to learn and share ideas with peers and store leaders
• Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment

Nice to Have

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment.
