Mobile Associate - Retail Sales

About This Role

Serve as a Mobile Associate, working as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life by assisting customers and building relationships. This role involves learning and proactively building skills in preparation for advancement to a Mobile Expert position.

Responsibilities

• Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing world-class customer experience and building loyalty
• Help customers continue their shopping journey from any channel
• Explore individual needs and demonstrate the latest technology
• Provide personalized solutions beyond basic devices and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices
• Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
• Consistently use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, plans, and services
• Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, processes, systems, and resources
• Maximize time on shift by seeking out information and learning about wireless innovations
• Establish relationships and partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to collectively own customer experience and resolve issues
• Successfully identify and handoff small business leads and support team initiatives

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
• Passionate customer advocate
• Competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• Willingness to work alongside peers and leaders, learning and sharing ideas
• Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
