Join our manufacturing team as a Micro Operator, performing front-line production processes to create high-quality products. Gain skills in operating machinery and packaging final products for customers.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety processes and insist on safety practices of self and others
• Show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly
• Multi-task and keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during production process
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Collaborate and follow instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration skills
• Strong communication skills
• Always respectful

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry

Nice to Have

• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience
• Machine operation experience
• Forklift experience
