Maintenance Tech IV

About This Role

Perform crucial maintenance on facility and production equipment for a large food manufacturing plant, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality product output by working with various mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety processes and insist on safety practices of self and others
• Show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly
• Monitor performance of plant machinery and equipment for proper operating performance
• Perform regular and preventive maintenance, repairs, diagnoses, tests, troubleshoots, and inspections on all machinery and equipment
• Document work accordingly
• Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed
• Multi-task and keep up with demands in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year of industrial or building facility maintenance experience
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and product manuals
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful

Qualifications

• 1 year of industrial or building facility maintenance experience

Nice to Have

• 1 to 3+ years' experience working with basic electrical systems, compressors, welding, plumbing, conveyers, hydraulics, packaging, PLC, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and pumps
• LOTO experience
• Forklift experience
